The heart of any Harley-Davidson® dealership is its Service Department and we're no exception at Harley-Davidson® of Scottsdale.
Our 13,000 sq. ft., air conditioned Service department is the lifeblood of our operation and is home to 13 Technicians, including eight Master Technicians, with a combined 164 years' experience. If you include our service writer staff, that number totals over 200 years' of experience.
Our pristine, state-of-the-art facility is open seven days a week and features 32 lifts, a dynamometer to fine tune your Harley®, and a Service team dedicated to ensuring both you and your bike have an incredible experience every time you visit.

What to Expect
When you arrive at Harley-Davidson® of Scottsdale, you'll be greeted by one of our experienced Service Writers who will welcome you to the dealership. You'll be offered a fresh cup of coffee or ice-cold bottle of water before thoroughly reviewing all aspects of your scheduled service.
If you elect to wait as we service your bike, you can do so in the Service lounge area where you'll have a front row view into our shop as the assigned Technician performs the needed service. Or you can visit any one of our destination features, settling in at our 48-seat movie theater, visiting the free Harley®-themed arcade and customer lounge, or visiting our friends at Fifth Finger Tattoo Studio. Our spacious outdoor patios are also a great waiting area and our free Wi-fi is accessible throughout the dealership.
If your motorcycle is with us for a longer stay, you can expect our Service team to keep you up-to-date on the status of the work and give you a call promptly once work is completed. And if your bike is your daily ride, be sure to ask about our Service loaner program.
In either instance, every motorcycle that comes through our Service department receives a 21-point safety inspection, including a check for any outstanding recalls, as well as a complimentary bike wash, so you can be sure your bike is looking good and running great.
